Capabilities

Four disciplines, one deliverable: structures that build first time.

01

Inspect

Comprehensive bridge, culvert and structure inspections — safety concerns and structural defects identified, with actionable maintenance recommendations. 275+ inspections completed.

02

Design

Innovative, durable design to TMH7 — post-tensioned decks from 6 m spans to 580 m balanced cantilever mega bridges, for road and rail loading.

03

Detail

Precision reinforcement detailing, construction-ready. Full SANRAL compliance, 3D modelling and COTO quantities — powered by our own AddoBAR rebar software.

04

Consult

Expert guidance from feasibility to completion — construction methodology evaluation, hydraulic assessment and specialist structural review.

Mzamba River Bridge

Length
344 m
Position
KM 27.68
Method
Balanced cantilever

A major river crossing within the Mzamba Interchange complex, including the R61 and DR08118 overpasses. Three construction methodologies were evaluated — incrementally launched, MSS and balanced cantilever — with hydraulic assessment of the full Mzamba catchment.

Mzimvubu River Bridge

Length
580 m
Method
Balanced cantilever

The longest crossing on the Wild Coast route, over a deep river gorge. Balanced cantilever construction eliminates falsework over the river, designed to TMH7 with full geotechnical integration.

Mpahlane River Bridge

Length
213 m
Method
Balanced cantilever

A steep valley crossing paired with the Sigidi Road underpass — a compact balanced cantilever structure completing the Wild Coast mega-bridge portfolio alongside Mzamba and Mzimvubu.
